Life and society throw many curveballs, and transitions are surprisingly difficult. I help my clients utilize their strengths and self-awareness to manage & resolve hard situations in their lives.
What a session may look like… After years of practice, I find that giving people the space to speak freely about what is on their mind is not only refreshing, it leads to a deeper exploration of what matters most in their lives. I will also join you thoughtfully in reflection, conjecture and guidance. Some examples of common session themes are identifying and processing emotion, discovering relational and behavioral patterns, and probing how one’s personal, intergenerational, and cultural histories impact present day.
Self-learning in a nonjudgmental therapeutic relationship helps people feel better, experience long-term positive change and integrate new levels of perspective, energy, authenticity and belonging.
