I believe we all have an inner compass that points toward contentment and life satisfaction, but sometimes, it gets clouded over, stuck or even broken. Life and society throw curveballs & transitions are difficult. We do the best we can to manage. Allow me to help you find your self-compass and experience the deep comfort and confidence that comes from its direction.
Through our work together, we will build upon your strengths, explore your inner emotions, beliefs, and history, and replenish with new tools. As patterns begin to make more sense, choices and decisions become more clear... and next steps unfold naturally and more authentically.
My approach brings together a number of evidence-based approaches including psychodynamic psychotherapy, emotion-focused therapy and Accelerated Dynamic Experiential Psychotherapy (AEDP), in which I am a Level II clinician (www.aedpinstitute.org).
